Website visitor analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect limited analytics about how this website is used — pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser characteristics — in order to understand which content is useful and to maintain the site.
This site is a marketing website. It is separate from the Nexus platform itself; personal data processed inside a customer's deployed platform is governed by the agreement with that customer, who is the controller of their traders' data.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary cookies support core site function and cannot be disabled. Analytics cookies help us measure usage and are set only after you choose Allow analytics. Declining keeps Google Analytics disabled. We do not use this website to build advertising profiles of individual visitors, and we do not sell the data it collects.
Our contact page embeds Calendly so you can book a call without leaving the site. Calendly is a third-party scheduling service and sets its own cookies when the embed loads; the details you enter to book a meeting are passed to Calendly and processed under their terms as well as ours. The embed loads only after you submit the booking form, so it sets nothing on visitors who never book.
This site also uses ZoomInfo, a business-data provider. Its tag identifies the company a visit comes from and records what you type into our forms, including a form you start but do not submit, so that we can follow up with you. ZoomInfo may combine this with business contact information it holds. It runs for every visitor to this site and is not controlled by the analytics choice above. To ask us to delete what was captured, use the contact details under Your choices.
Forms and contact data
If you contact us, request a call, start our booking form or start a free trial, we process the details you provide in order to respond, to run your trial and to manage the resulting commercial relationship. We also remember the campaign link or website that first brought you to this site (for example its utm tags) and attach it to a trial or demo request, so we know which of our marketing works. We retain that correspondence for as long as needed for that purpose and to meet our record-keeping obligations, and we do not sell it.

You may change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie preferences control in the site footer. Depending on where you live you may also have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to it.
