Trading data foundation
Real-time CME data, licensed and evidenced.
Market data is the part of a prop firm stack most often handled on someone else's paper. Firms resell a feed they are not licensed to distribute, or run evaluations on delayed data and hope nobody notices when a fill is contested.
Nexus licenses it directly. Traders see real-time prices and market depth in the chart, place orders against them, and those orders are matched by the Nexus simulated execution engine. One licensed path from the exchange to the fill.
What the licensing covers
Real-time receipt
Indirect real-time receipt of data from each of the four exchanges — not a delayed or derived feed.
Real-time distribution
The right to distribute that real-time data onward into your branded deployment, which is what makes white-labelling lawful rather than assumed.
Market-depth SIM
Subscriber display device licensing for market depth in a simulated environment — the depth ladder traders actually use.
Non-display research and analysis
Covers the platform's own use of prices to compute risk state and evaluation outcomes, separate from what is shown on screen.

What your traders get, and what they do not
Traders get real-time prices and depth in the chart, and they trade against them in a simulated environment. That is the whole product surface.
They do not receive a redistributable data feed, an API entitlement to pull raw exchange data, or any right to use that data outside your platform. Those are our licenses, exercised on your behalf inside your deployment — not permissions that pass through to an end user.
Why it shows up in evaluation quality
Data quality is not an abstraction to a trader mid-evaluation. A gap, a stale tick or an inconsistent snapshot at the wrong moment becomes a disputed breach, and the firm absorbs the cost of that argument whether or not it was at fault.
That is why the data path, the matching engine and the risk authority are designed together rather than integrated afterwards.
