Jeffrey R. Diltz joined Nexus Properties, Inc. in January 2002 as Vice President of Development and Acquisitions after five successful years with Voit Commercial Brokerage in Irvine, California. Mr. Diltz specialized in working with developers and landlords focused on industrial and flex office projects in the South and Airport areas of Orange County.
Jeffrey has been with Windstar Communities LLC since its inception in July of 2003. Windstar Communities LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nexus Properties, Inc. of San Diego, already has 2,000 multifamily residential units in various stages of development. The first project, Stadium Lofts in Anaheim, California, broke ground in November 2004. Prior to entering the real estate business Jeffrey Diltz worked in public accounting for Deloitte & Touche. Jeffrey worked with public and private companies throughout Orange County providing auditing and financial advisory services. He is a graduate of the University of Southern California earning a B.S. degree in Accounting while playing football for the Trojans. He is married and has two children. He enjoys working out and is an avid golfer near his home in San Diego. |
